This is incredible. Black silk velvet 1940s skirt and blouse/jacket that has a dress feel when worn together.  But how wonderful that one can use them as separates as well!  Skirt is floor length, long and sweeping with a side metal zipper. Blouse/jacket has buttons up the front, a wonderful asymmetrical peplum, short sleeves and four darling buttons up the front. This is the softest, most wonderful velvet.  If this were larger it would be mine. Small Sized I'd say. No label.

Excellent, near mint vintage condition.  I couldn't find anything worth noting other than the very top button is missing.
